The Platform and Process have been researched and proven

After years of tinkering and trying out different approaches, this program was the subject of a full doctoral program evaluation. The results were encouraging and clear:

  1. Adults enjoy learning in cohorts.
  2. It is best if the content is available asynchronously.
  3. A robust forum is necessary for building relationships of practice and accountability.
  4. All of this must be easy to access and schedule.

Monthly or Annual Program

There are advantages to both.

With monthly, you can hop on and try it out for a few months. With annual you can get the full training and opportunity to practice for a much lower cost. Email us for documents you can use for professional development and continuing education funds.
